Sons of Liberty Gun Works and Aaron Cowan of Sage Dynamics teamed up to build a hard use AR pistol ready to handle whatever comes its way. The upper receiver is now available as a stand alone part to go on the AR-15 SBR or Pistol lower of your choice.
The Sage Dynamics upper receiver has a 12.5” barrel made from 4150 chrome moly vanadium that has been high pressure tested and magnetic particle tested. The barrel has a carbine length gas system, a 1-7 rate of twist, and a muzzle threaded ½-28. A muzzle device has been omitted as we know so many customers are running different kinds of suppressors and prefer to mount a muzzle device that works in conjunction with their suppressor.
The Sage Dynamics upper receiver uses the 11.5” SOLGW M76 Wedge Lock Rail which accepts M-LOK attachments and features a steel barrel nut.
The included SOLGW bolt carrier group checks all the boxes you want to see in a top-quality BCG; carpenter 158 steel, heat treated, shot peened, high pressure tested, magnetic particle tested, properly torqued and staked gas key screws, and so much more.
A Raptor-LT charging handle is also included.
The whole package has a black Cerakote finish and incudes Rail Scales for the M-LOK rail.
